KYOCERA AVX TransFeed® varistors with feedthru filter construction provide bi-directional ESD protection with low parallel inductance and offer excellent decoupling capability for all high di/dt environments and significant noise reduction in digital circuits. Where designers are concerned with both transient voltage protection and EMI attenuation, either due to the electrical performance of their circuits or due to required compliance to specific EMC regulations, the TransFeed® product is an ideal choice.
Available in 08052 case size, working voltage 5.6 to 26Vdc, energy up to 0.3J, peak current up to 120A and feedthru current up to 1A. Operating temperature range is -55°C to +125°C with no derating. Parts offer excellent lead free solderability thanks to Ni Barrier/100% Sn termination.
