KYOCERA AVX High Temperature +150°C Automotive Series Varistors provide bi-directional protection against transient voltages for applications with high temperature requirements such as under hood, down hole drilling and others. Parts are AEC-Q200 qualified for automotive applications and are also suitable for general purpose hi-temp applications. KYOCERA AVX High Temperature AEC-Q200 qualified Multi-Layer Varistors are designed for high temperature applications such as under hood or down hole drilling. Products have been tested, qualified, and specified to 150ºC. Thanks to the low capacitance, these parts are ideal for protection of communication bus, sensors, high-speed data lines, RF and other capacitance sensitive high temp applications.
Available in 0603, 2-element 0405 and 4-element 0612 array with 18Vdc working voltage and capacitance 16 and 22pF max. Operating temperature range is -55°C to +150°C with no derating. Parts offer excellent lead free solderability thanks to Ni Barrier/100% Sn termination.
