KYOCERA AVX Low Capacitance (+150°C) Automotive Series Varistors provide bi-directional protection against transient voltages and EMI filtering in single compact component and are suitable for automotive, industrial and general applications with high temperature requirements. Parts are AEC-Q200 qualified. Parts offer low signal distortion, low loss and high reliability. Thanks to the low capacitance, parts are ideal for protection of communication bus, sensors, high-speed data lines, RF, antennas and other capacitance sensitive applications in high temperature environment.
Available in 0603, 2-element 0405 and 4-element 0612 array with 18 and 32Vdc working voltage and capacitance from 10 to 22pF. Operating temperature range is -55°C to +150°C with no derating. Parts offer excellent lead free solderability thanks to Ni Barrier/100% Sn termination.
