KYOCERA AVX 0201 Multi-Layer Varistors are designed for circuits where board space is a premium. 0201 MLV offer bi-directional ESD protection in the smallest package available today. The added advantage is EMI/RFI attenuation. 0201 MLV can replace 2 diodes and the EMC capacitor for a one chip solution. Thanks to the small size and low profile, these components are also ideal for embedded applications.
Available in 0201 case size, working voltage 3.5-16Vdc, energy up to 0.02J, peak current up to 10A, typ. capacitance from 15 to 150pF. Operating temperature range is -55°C to +125°C with no derating. Parts offer excellent lead free solderability thanks to Ni Barrier/100% Sn termination.
