CECC PME Multi-Layer Ceramic Capacitor Series

The CECC series of multilayer ceramic capacitors provides customers with a wide selection of high reliability screening, voltages, and termination finishes. These include Sn/Pb finishes that meet the IECQ-CECC specification 32101/801. The CECC series uses PME technology with various dielectric types to meet customers’ needs, ranging from low-temperature/voltage capacitance-change (NP0) to high-performance capacitance-voltage (X7R). The series is available with burn-in/voltage conditioning for 0 to 168 hours, reducing infant mortality failures and matching the requirements of end applications in either the NP0 or X7R ranges. Products are shipped with CECC approval, ensuring full traceability.
