Inside Sales Specialist

Location: Santa Clara, CA
Job Description:
Responsible for monitoring, measuring, coordinating, and following up on all actions and day to day operations related to growing the revenue from assigned accounts. Acts as the focal point and coordinator for these activities under the direction of the Director of Sales. Supports Sales Management in all sales activity, including administration, contract negotiations, qualifications tracking, formulation, generation of management tracking reports, and day-to-day action items. Evaluates customer delivery and promotes flawless operations with the customer in all KAVX functional areas including, QC, production, sampling, shipping, sales, marketing, and revenue growth in accordance with annual targets set by Senior Management.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Support of account managers
  • Processing of tooling and sample orders for assigned automotive accounts
  • Allocation management along with production control
  • Examination of price contracts and price discrepancies
  • Monitoring of customer contract fulfilments e.g. yearly volume contracts, sourcing agreements, etc.
  • Regular interaction with assigned customer accounts
  • Task coordination between internal departments and commercial sales on trainings and special promotions
  • Administration of SupplyOn for assigned automotive accounts as well as upload of offers to the portal
  • Administration and follow up of Sugar connector projects towards the TSM and commercial Sales team
  • Administration and lead Model N project for automotive team
  • Preparing offers for assigned automotive customers according to calculation provided by costing department
  • Follow up of defined Sales activities with Distribution and POS Accounts
  • Processing, monitoring of forecasts and discuss actions
  • Loading price contracts and preparing credit and debit notes
  • Manage connector specific reviews and follow ups among different Sales teams with focus on POS / distribution
  • Coordinate FAE activities in the field on non-Auto leads and projects
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in a sales/marketing role
  • Strong interpersonal communication, leadership, and organizational skills with the ability to build relationships with key decision makers on all levels within an organization.
