Job Description
Lead and direct the routine functions of the HR department, including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, leave of absence, and enforcing company policies and best practices. This position will support approximately 1,000 employees, located mostly in our Fountain Inn manufacturing facility and corporate campus, but will also be the primary HR point of contact for our employees based out of our smaller locations in Plymouth, MI; Erie, PA; Santa Clara and San Diego, CA.
